[AIW] Meet with Aja Duniven, Tribal Star Quilt Traditions, a Project of Global Peace Train

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Aja Duniven is an organizer for Tribal Traditions, a fair trade project for
Lakota women on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, which is located
in the poorest county of the USA. These Lakota women make these beautiful
star quilts to improve their income and to revitalize this tribal tradition.
With the help of Tribal Traditions and Global Peace Train they hope to sell
their handmade Star Quilts over the internet at a fair price.

Ms. Duniven is planning to come to Germany this Fall to introduce and
promote this projekt as well as the star quilts themselves. We would be
happy if you want to support this idea. If you want to organize an event in
support of Lakota women, please let me know, or, if you speak English,
