[AIW] AIW Business Meeting 2019

Dear all,

 

the AIW Business meeting in Poznan on April 26, 2019, has made the following
decisions:

 

AIW:

 

1.	The AIW 2020 will be in Munich/Germany from April 1-4, 2020. The
organizer is Henry Kammler and the topic will be "Indigenous Shapes of
Water". A call for papers will be distributed to you in the near future.
2.	The AIW 2021 will be in Nicosia/Cyprus and the organizer is James
Mackay.
3.	The AIW 2022 will be in Esch-sur-Alzette/Luxembourg and will be
organized by Tania Giberyen and Carlo Krieger.

 

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

 

1.	The mailing list (consisting of your email address and your first &
last name) is transferred to a new virtual server maintained by netcup GmbH
in Karlsruhe/Germany (https://www.netcup.eu/ueber-netcup/).
2.	This mailing list is also stored in form of an Excel file on the my
computer in Munich/Germany.
3.	This Excel file will periodically by forwarded to Markus Lindner
(Frankfurt/Germany) who is adminstrating our Facebook group.
4.	This Excel file will also be forwarded to the organizers of AIWs, in
order to inform them about who has got their call for papers and further
information they send out through the AIW mailing list.

 

Important:         If you agree with this, no action from your side is
needed.

AIW Virtual Server:

 

We have moved our virtual server with the webpage and the mailserver to a
new IT-provider: netcup GmbH in Karlsruhe/Germany
(https://www.netcup.eu/ueber-netcup/). You have got an email today with more
information on the changes this migration has caused.
